Terms of Service
Last updated: April 29, 2026
By using Searchlab you agree to these terms. They're short, plain-English, and designed to protect both of us.
1. Acceptable use
You can use Searchlab to audit websites you own, websites you have permission to audit, or any publicly accessible site. You may not use Searchlab to attack, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise harm any website or system.
2. Rate limits
To keep the service free and fast for everyone, we apply per-IP rate limits and may temporarily block clients that exceed reasonable use. Automated scripts are not allowed without prior arrangement.
3. No warranties
Tools are provided "as is." Results are best-effort and may be inaccurate or out of date. Don't make critical business decisions based on a single tool output without verification.
4. No liability
Searchlab is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or other consequences arising from use of the tools.
5. Third-party data
Some tools display data from third-party APIs (Google, WhoisXMLAPI, etc.). That data is owned by those providers and subject to their terms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
